Been sick the entire of last wk.. and still sick this week. Every single illness i could think of, just hit me this time round. Sore throat, fever, flu, blocked nose, cough, headache. You name it, i had it. Still on the path of recovery, my flu seems to have cleared up, so I'm just left with my cough. But it's enuff to leave me breathless very quickly.

I hate the muffled hearing,
i hate the lethargy feeling ,
i hate the tightness in my chest,
i hate being sick. :(

Anyhow, i survived the week (pon-tanging school.. =p) and had a very fun weekend!

Wonderful school started my Saturday morning. *bleah*
Journal Club presentation. Not me presenting (yet). Just some of my other classmates, and we being "good" audiences, we posted NO questions to the speakers. *pa-kart* a bit lah, if not they will shoot questions during my presentation as well. teehee.. Anyhow, my own presentation is on the 19th Nov. I'm doing the introduction part, shld be ok for me. Just hope i dun try to be a smart-aleck and try to be funny (like i always am) during presentation. It's on a science journal titled; Oxidative stress inhibits MEKK1 by site specific glutathionylation in the ATP-binding domain. Woot~ I've no idea what this means.. haa.. time for a little reading up. =p Had a little discussion with my lecturer and we were done for the day!~

Sab invited us for a Hari Raya Meal. Nothing she cooked or baked. *chey lah!* But still, nice food :) Sumi borrowed a movie over to watch. THE ORPHANAGE. yes, a horror show, though i don't watch horror -___-||| It was alright though, cos it's day-time. hee~ It's a really GOOD movie! I totally liked the entire twist to it. How sad it is that the mother is the one who killed her child. The child who she was desperating looking for, the child who she thought went missing for 6 mths. When he's really trapped in the basement, accidentally locked in.

Go catch it if you havent already watched it, NO apologies for the spoilers though. *muahahaha~* It's an old show. =p

Sunday... Day to bring Twinkle out.
Intended to bring her to the Dog Run for a little exercise. BUT it began to rain as we made our way there. :( So we made a turn to the Dog Cafe instead! *Lucky Twinkle*

We popped by K9 campus, located at turf city. and i like this place! It's a little air-conditioned hut with nice comfy seats. Some outdoor seatings as well. They only sell human food. Food seems quite nice, at least my friend's order of some burger stuff looks decent enough. and i LOVE their service crew. A bright smile on all their faces. Very friendly ppl, makes the place so much cozier.

Just opp the cafe is the US pet bakery, they sells yummy dog food. They had a power shut-down when we dropped by the area. Thus, no freshly baked stuff from them. I didn't get any stuff for Twinkle as well. But she managed to steal a bite or two of the meatloaf from Princess. ha~ That pig. It soon began pouring cats and dogs, but we hid inside the cafe. Nice place to just chill with ur poochies running around freely. The tables were rather low and i couldnt let my PIG run freely as she would tip-toe just to get a whiff at the scent of FOOD. -.- Had a good luff over the super belated gift i gotten for Princess. hee.. Tat super-random-slightly-deaf cutie..

It was pouring even as we were leaving, the NICE service crew loaned us umbrellas and even followed us back to the car to collect the brollies fr us. Great service, i tell ya!

I wanna go back again! hee~

Sick.. AGAIN. Something is seriously wrong with my immune system.

Massive headache last evening. Rendered me unable to head to school. I was rather insistent on going for class; took a train to school.

Took a bus to Boon Lay.
Took a train bound tiong bahru.
BUT (buay tahan already) Dropped off at Jurong East.
Headed home by cab.
KO on my bed immediately.

The pain was throbbing so badly and i felt so nauseated. One of my student even commented that i look sick. I guess i look gross when i'm sick. =/ Almost wanted to ask the uncle to not drive so "rollar coaster"-like. You know, how the taxi driver (especially with manual transmission) JERKS the taxi A LOT when changing gear. *pengz*

Woke up at 8pm.. Ate a fulfilling home-cooked dinner (finally! I missed 2 wks of home-cooked dinner already.) Den had to drive to school just to hand up my PATHETIC one-page assignment, which was due yesterday by 10pm. Thank God my dad offered to drive me there so i just rest in the car with Twinkle..

So. i guess i missed school. And guess what, my classmates just told me the lectures last night are all NOT RECORDED. &@*#^&!@*! I pay so much school fees and the day that i get sick and miss lecture. Just this VERY ONE DAY, the recording had to go hey-wire.

This morning.. i work up with...
-sore throat
-tummyache
-mild headache
-blocked nose

sigh... ... ... I wanna take mc to slp in tmr. i need rest.

Pray for me ok? I need a super strong body. Super strong brain. Super strong everything. :)

p.s Twinkle got pissed at me when i just headed straight to bed after reaching home.. she was like grumbling to me.. haha.. so cute, the sound she made. But i still bo chup her. My head too painful for me to even move and stroke her head.

I had the most MAJOR BAD headache yesterday night.. I nvr had a headache that bad before in my entire life... It like literally stabbing pain on the left side of my head... So so so painful till i couldnt even sleep...

reallie thank God that i decided not to go for class yesterday.. if not i wont know how i would have survived.. I'm usually not the kind that would skip classes... but something in me just didnt wanna head on to class..

all was fine when i reached home.. talked well.. luffed well.. ate dinner not-so-well.. ate junkfood rather well... it wasn't till abt 8.30pm... all of a sudden... i felt i couldnt see very well.. sort of slightly blurred vision... My head started throbbing... argh~~ my nightmare began...

i quickly head to my bed.. wanted to slp the pain away.. but my head was so painful... *sob sob*... tried hitting my head... lying upside down... lying side to side... prayer too (of course..) just to try to get rid of the pain... argh... pain pain pain...

i so luckily managed to drift off to slp... den~~

my irritating angelic family members decided to talk at the TOP OF THEIR LUNGS.... wa lau... nothing to say... i was so so so close to stomping out of my room and just asking them to kp quiet...

Woke up this morn.. with still a slight throbbing feeling... it's still here now.. hopefully it will go away soon.. since i just popped 2 panadols... =/
