Did a little shopping at JP yesterday...

Pretty? lol.. one is a flats the other is a kitten heel.. both v low.. haha.. i can nvr balance on those high heels anyway.. =P

had dinner with a couple of my frenz at the coffee shop below my place.. lol.. i had nvr met any of my frenz at a place so close to my place b4! lolz~ they were commentin that my blog is super detailed.. like a story book isnt it? lol.. haha so i decided not to go into detail for this one..

had dinner.. wanted to see movie.. cockroach-attack.. no movies.. went to west coast.. coast line blocked up.. dissappointed.. star-grazing.. tired.. played at playground.. FUN!.. tired... sleepy.. went home..

Kinda pissed at my bro.. wad a computer idiot he is.. grr... there's something wrong with our mouse.. then my mom took out the old mouse and asked him to fix it into our com... HE REFUSED!! Grr... he's staying HOME EVERYDAY!!! HOLIDAY PERIOD!! and he's just SO LAZY!!! OH MAN!!! Grrr..... he even asked my mom to bring it to the computer shop and fix it there... i mean like.. WAT THE?!?! It's the problem of the STUPID mouse only.. ask my mom to CARRY the CPU to the shop FOR WAD?!?! Grrr..... then I had to come home and fix it... it turns out that the old mouse has a problem too.. So I have to go the shop to get a new one.. I have to fix it up to let him USE the COMPUTER!! Wad a useless IT-idiot bro i have...

also.. we had this never-ending problem with our broadband connection... and HE refuses to call the singtel technical support and solve the problem!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH HIM?!? SLACKING ALL DAY AT HOME... KP GOIN TO GYM FOR WAD?!? grr.... useless bro... IT-IDIOT!!! then he just said.. change to starhub one lah.. well.. then... CALL AND ASK ABT IT LAH!! STOP WAITING FOR ME TO DO STUFF!!!! grr..... so I had to call the singtel and ask about our existing contract and stuff... WAD ARE BROTHERS FOR?!?! NOTHING!!!!!! grr.....

My closer frenz would know that the past few weeks aint easy for me... was v v v upset about a particular problem.. it wasnt solved... in fact it had gotten worse.. *sigh* kind of affecting my entire life.. however.. i picked up a book... a christian book and Thank God for the different encouraging passages there... these prayers are extracted fr a book~ "Tea-stories for women".. somehow or rather.. i just have to draw strength from God.. "The joy of the Lord is my strength.."

The past few days have been kinda fun and exciting.. haha.. i was involved in the NIE's Teachers' investiture ceremony.. the so-called 'voluntery' usher there.. specificially chosen to take up this impt task.. haha.. Thank God David (my lab colleague) was also involved as well, as least i have him to accompany me..

Went for the briefin.. know noone else there.. After the 3 days.. know most of them liao.. haha.. good good.. know more peeps in NIE rather then stay cooped up in my tiny lab..

Had to wear heels.. cos formal mah.. but it wasnt that bad lah.. i bought my brikes to change after the sessions.. 3 days.. tues, wed and thurs.. Was partnered with lydia.. she's v nice auntie.. haha.. always joking around with me.. was assigned to usher on the 2nd floor.. the circle seat.. and it's damn steep loh.. i was so so so sure that i would roll down the stairs.. haha.. u now lah.. i v clumsy de.. but heng heng nvr lah.. lolz~

Real surprise to see Damon there.. haha.. juz went for lunch with him and emily just like last week? anyway.. i managed to make some new frenz there.. like HuiRu, Lydia, Huda, Madeline, Damon, Kansami, Swee Lin, etc.. haha.. yes.. u didnt see wrongly.. someone has a name almost similar to mine! Swee Lin.. haha.. v funny..

The first day was quite alright, went for a walk-thru.. had a slow lunch... wasnt reallie much to do cos the guests aint tat many.. only like 10 people sitted on the 2nd floor.. so i can olge at handsome, hunky graduatands fr the PE dept.. lolz~

The second day was quite bad cos the seats were too little.. gt some scoldin fr different parents.. but thankfully portable seats were obtained.. and at least they were sitted.. kinda spolit everyone's day..

The third day.. quite ok also.. the second floor was packed as well, but the seats were just enuff.. everyone was sitted.. no complains watsoever..

Kinda sad that the event has ended.. cos now i'm back to rotting in my office.. *sigh* no cute guys.. haha.. no excitement.. sianz... Now time is just crawling pass.. so slow.. I WANNA GO HOME!!

Grr... *Tearing my hair out*.... my tuition kid.. haha.. sometimes i reallie think i'm nt cut out to be a teacher.. just feel so frustrated abt her sch work and stuff.. she just anyhow does her school work and it's reallie frustrating at times.. i mean like if i go thru one by one.. she KNOW HER STUFF!! but she just anyhow do leh.. Grr.... Was so pissed that i just took a cab home... haha.. instead of the bus.. Someone... help me teach her.. .... ...

Headache

Joe was moderately successful in his career, but as he got older he was increasingly hampered by terrible headaches. When his personal hygiene and love life started to suffer, he sought medical help.

After being referred from one specialist to another, he finally came across a doctor who solved the problem."The good news is I can cure your headaches. The bad news is that it will require castration. You have a very rare condition which causes your testicles to press up against the base of your spine. The pressure creates one hell of a headache. The only way to relieve the pressure is to remove the testicles."

Joe was shocked and depressed. He wondered if he had anything to live for. He couldn't concentrate long enough to answer, but decided he had no choice but to go under the knife.

When he left the hospital after the operation, his mind was clear, but he felt like he was missing an important part of himself. As he walked down the street, he realised that he felt like a different person.

He could make a new beginning and live a new life.He walked past a men's clothing store and thought, "That's what I need, a new suit."

He entered the shop and told the salesman,"I'd like a new suit."

The salesman eyed him briefly and said,"Let's see... size 44 long."

Joe laughed, "That's right, how did you know?"

"It's my job." Joe tried on the suit. It fit perfectly.

As Joe admired himself in the mirror, the salesman asked,"How about a new shirt?" Joe thought for a moment and then said, "Sure!"

The salesman eyed Joe and said,"Let's see,... 34 sleeve and... 16 and a half neck."

Joe was surprised, "That's right, how did you know?"

"It's my job." Joe tried on the shirt, and it fit perfectly.

As Joe adjusted the collar in the mirror, the salesman asked,"How about new shoes?" Joe was on a roll and said, "Sure!"

The salesman eyed Joe's feet and said, "Let's see...9 and a half wide."Joe was astonished, "That's right, how did you know?"

"It's my job."Joe tried on the shoes and they fit perfectly.

Joe walked comfortably around the shop and the salesman asked,"How about a new hat?"Without hesitating, Joe said, "Sure!"

The salesman eyed Joe's head and said,"Let's see. . . 7 5/8."Joe was incredulous, "That's right, how did you know?"

"It's my job."The hat fit perfectly.

Joe was feeling great, when the salesman asked,"How about some new underwear?"Joe thought for a second and said, "Sure!"

The salesman stepped back, eyed Joe's waist and said,"Let's see...size 36."

Joe laughed, "No, I've worn size 34 since I was 18 years old."The salesman shook his head and said,"You can't wear a size 34. It would press your testicles up against the base of your spine and give you one hell of a headache!

A couple had been debating the purchase of a new auto for weeks. He wanted a new truck. She wanted a fast little sports-like car so she could zip through traffic around town.

He would probably have settled on any beat up old truck, but everything she seemed to like was way out of their price range.

"Look!" she said. I want something that goes from 0 to 200 in 4 seconds or less. "And my birthday is coming up. You could surprise me."

For her birthday, he bought her a brand new bathroom scale.

Been so caught up with life, work.. everything... then i forgot my deep-set love for WESTIES!! YES!! until i saw Ida's new-born westies... her doggie's given birth.. and her doggies ARE THE CUTEST!!!! haha... Went back to browsing www.doggiesite.com and i saw many lovely poochies' pic up!! I LOVE DOGGIES!!! I WANNA GET A WESTIE!!! i wan a doggie so badly... T.T i started loving doggies since i was in pri sch? i'm a dog-crazy ger~ heehee... some pics of westies~ i wan... *sobs*

My first Yoga lesson~
Lolz~ wasnt tat bad.. the instructor's an auntie abt mayb late 40s? BUT she reallie flexible!! haha.. She's chinese-speakin somemore.. haha.. which was reallie funny cos i was havin some problems differentiate fr my right and left... lolz.. then i dun have a yoga mat.. so she lent me hers.. heehee.. the lesson was held in an air-con studio.. only abt 8 students there.. all females.. and 1 guy only.. Did some relaxation breathin exercises.. and also some stretchin.. quite interesting actually.. .. however.. i'm gonna have to miss next wk's lesson.. becos of ... ...

I have finally registered for my yoga class! hee.. a little something to push myself to exercise.. At first my mom promised to join with me.. and in the end she backed out.. -.-lll chicken~ haha.. she was afraid that there would be too much bendin and stretching.. hmm.. reasonable excuse lah.. given tat she's 50 liao..

However.. i missed my v first lesson last sat..T.T cos i went for my frenz chalet.. haha.. had a great time there.. was all sticky and sweaty.. but.. watever~ cannt be bothered with lookin prim and proper in the end.. met up with jean to buy some stuff at the ntuc.. ryan came to pick us up... our chalet rm.. H1807... lolz~ memorise liao.. cannt forget.. hee.. he then headed to pick up serene.. leaving me and jean behind.. so we strolled ard.. drink fruit juice (healthy) haha.. then jean ate ben and jerry's!! nice.. i cannt eat.. cos sick mah.. then we bought cheese fries to munch in the rm.. ON THE BED!! haha.. i feel so bad.. =P We just snuggled in the bed separately of course.. haha.. cool aircon so i hide under the blankie.. hee..

Ryan and serene arrived.. long after.. then me and jean went for a stroll at the beach.. the sun feels so nice.. sand on the feets.. nice feelin.. couldnt catch the sun set though... *bummer* Headed back to rm.. saw jess, sim, bobo and his gf there liao.. soon after.. jeff and pey came.. i slacked in the rm whilst they start up the fire.. haha.. BBQ-time.. didnt do much cookin.. the guys did it.. haha.. then jason came as well.. there were so many people bbq-ing at their own pits.. but i think our gp was the noisiest.. haha.. Lotsa crappin..

Watch DVD in the rm abt some mahjong stuff.. hilarious show.. slap-stick comedy.. haha.. was so sleepy already.. was kinda dozing off on the bed.. me, sim and jason left abt 11 to catch the last train out.. but who's knows... the last train already LEFT!!! Grrr... at 11.30?!? then we walked ard the terminal.. in search of POSB atm.. haha.. covered the entire bus interchange ground.. but couldnt find it.. and we muz be so blind cos it was RIGHT AT THE MRT STATION!!

Jason lives at west side also so can share cab... wasnt tat bad.. haha.. nt so ex mah.. lolz~ Sim shared with his other frenz.. Reached home abt 12.20am.. and my parents are still up.. haha.. they were juz back from the indoor stadium's church conference.. too bad i missed it.. i slept at abt 2 bah..

Fun day... But till now i'm still sick.. feelin weak.. but heng.. no fever.. Juz feelin drowsy fr the medication~
