reason no. 1) the working hours will be changed fr 8 - 4.30pm to 9 -6pm.. from tomorrow onwards.. and when was i informed abt this? ON MY WAY HOME TODAY AT 5 PM!! I MEAN I HAVE A LIFE U KNOW?? MY LIFE NOT ONLY REVOLVES AROUND MY JOB!! i told her i have other commitments like tuition and asked her nicely whether i can only start on new workin hours next wk.. she RAISED her voice and said "i'm sure u can make other arrangement, this is goin to last for the whole month u know? i cant find any1 else to cover u.. blah blah blah " i mean i only asking for a grace period of wat?? 3 days??? U CANT GIMME EVEN 3 DAYS?? WHAT BULL SH*T??? AND U GIMME THIS LAST MINUTE INFOR?? now i have to change my entire tution schedule and my discipling with katherine as well.. Damn pissed sia...

reason no. 2) i've basically been floating around in the lab.. I CANNOT UNDERSTAND WAT'S THE TRAINING SCHEDULE FOR ME?? DO THEY WANNA TRAIN ME UP PROPERLY OR TREAT ME LIKE A FOOL?? on moment i'm doing trimming, the next moment i'm doing embeddin, then i'm doing slide sorting, then i'm outside learning to receive specimen, then i'm assistin the pathologist in the grossing, then i'm learning microtomy?? WTH?? CANT THEY TEACH ME PROPERLY?? HOW NOT TO GET FED UP ABT THIS?? i trim slow, they scold. i embed slow, they scold.. i do something wrong, they scold... IF U DUN TEACH ME PROPERLY HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO LEARN?? DUN PUT ME HERE AND THERE AND TREAT ME LIKE A FOOL!!!

reason no. 3) some of my colleague are the BIGGEST *female-dog*...argh~~ dun gimme this kinda crap ok?? SCOLDING ME LIKE I DUN EXIST IN THE ROOM? SAYING THINGS LIKE.. "U GO OUT LAH.. DO SO SLOW.. I THINK BY 3 PM ALSO CANNT FINISH CUTTING.. " wah.. wat a "FANTASTIC" encouragement huh?? everyone's juz temperamental in the lab... WAT IS WRONG WITH THIS WORLD???

Wow... a week has passed already? so fast? Juz last sat.. i was hangin out with val and rong.. had actually blogged it down already.. but i accidentally deleted it so i got fed up (Grr..) and didnt type anything else.. anyway.. last sat we had TERRIFIC time together!! Been such a long time since we actually chat till so long and so late.. was indulgin myself with food that day.. fish&chips, waffle ice-cream, yummy ramen.. ... Hmm.. ... ... Todae i went for my orientation.. boring.. (*yawns*) spent the entire day slackin in the hall room.. no cute doctors there.. haha... (that's beside the point..) i cant believe a week has flew by already.. .. .. and tml i'll b gettin my pay-check!! yeah!! my first pay-check after 9 mths?? hee hee.. =D

Anyway, todae i'm on MC.. went for my drivin lesson in the morning.. at 10.30am.. yay! my reverse parkin improved..(i tink) heehee.. Everything went quite well during driving.. my u-turn seems to be gettin better?? lolz~ TP's in 3 mths time.. shldn't be a prob lah.. hopefully.. i really want to pass it during my 1st try.. then i quickly rushed to the polyclinic to get my bld test result.. alas! i need to wait for 1 1/2 hrs.. .. waste my time.. so i walked quite a distance to get a drink fr 7-11 and of course.. get a mag also.. 8-days.. (waste my money.. shld have juz grought my CLEO/women's weekly fr home) sianz.. i slacked there for abt 2 hrs b4 my turn.. got some medi for my cough then headed home.. bought "hao jian" (fried oyster) for lunch.. heehee.. decided to spoil myself for the day so i ate that unhealthy-but-delicious food... lolz~ Got to work tml again.. sian sian sianz~~~~

Juz feelin kinda sappy todae... all my frenz have seem to disappear... i'm suffering fr no-frenz-withdrawal symptoms.. i miss all my frenz... sumi's still in UK.. sabby's bz with school, gin's bz with work, ley byan juz flew to melbourne last sun, angel's bz with sch research, xia's bz with her bf.. (hee..hee..) and her studies (of course.. *wink*), hui's vanished into thin air.., church frenz's all bz.. then my new-found frenz brian's goin to sydney to study... T.T frenzs all gone?? off to other parts of the world... and in their own world... all i'm left with is my stupid job... argh~~ i miss everyone.. ... T.T

Finally... the day has arrived.. i was sent to learn in the PROCESSING Rm aka the grossest rm... Thank God that 'Quik' was there to teach me.. he's a gd teacher.. hee hee..

anyway.. if u think the smell of formalin is horrible... u shld smell... DECOMPOSED MEAT~~~ Eeewww.... the whole lab stunk of that todae!! dunno wat it smells like?? i tell u.. it smells like vomit... fresh vomit... (i think i'm goin to be really morbid after stayin in the lab for long...) i tink i'm gonna die young if i cont'd to stay in this lab... formalin is carcinogenic.. cancer-causing... xylene to fix the specimens also carcinogenic.. ~~~ i shld rename this lab to a DIE-Young- lab.. .. U tink this is the grossest part of my day..?? NO NO NO~~

My first assignment of the day: assist the pathologist (dr.) when he's scribing.. and he was cuttin up this piece of breast... A whole breast cut off... Yucky... tink the patient has cancer in the breast... he began cuttin it up and finding the lymph nodes.. then.. the fluid inside.. SQUIRT OUT!!! it splashed all the way into his scrubs (the green thingy he was wearing) and luckily i was "siam-ing" away fr him.. so the fluid didnt splash on me.. mayb my lab-coat got hit?? watever~~ the super gross day... ... felt so dirty after this... i juz wanna run out of the room...

After a hard day's work i went for spa~~~ hee hee.. it's a free facial fr the s*btle senses... i actually won a contest in the women's weekly(??) which i dun remember joining??!?? super weird.. i dun read women's weekly leh... pretty sure i didnt join that contest.. the whole experience was pretty good... had a full facial and massage as well.. even had this honeydew massage cream.. very nice scent!! relaxing~~~

On day 1 & 2:
Got introduced to some of my colleagues... basically couldnt remember any of their names.. hee hee.. i juz nodded, smiled, waved at them.. .. i can only remember MR WONG!!! lolz~ he reminds me of 老扶子.. hee hee.... all white hair.. always chewin gum.. tall and skinny.. hee hee.. i'm so thankful for him.. always askin whether i'm fine and teaches me new stuff also.. I went for lunch with the gp of gerl... no.. ladies.. Anni was a new staff also.. she only joined in last wk.. i can really "click" well with her.. *thank God for her* after lunch, i went to the processing room aka the room with the grossiest stuff in the world aka tumors, cyst, lumps, bloody stuff.. there... sick..sick..sick Todae.. i went into the rm after lunch.. and i felt like vomiting... the stench there is SUPER gross!! Smells like rotten meat + formalin.... GROSS to the MAX~~~ I'm nt assigned there yet but if i'm goin to be there... i'll juz die loh...
