I dreamt that I went to Heaven and an angel was showing me around. We walked side-by-side inside a large workroom filled with angels.

My angel guide stopped in front of the first section and said, "This is the Receiving Section. Here, all petitions to God said in prayer are received."

I looked around in this area, and it was terribly busy with so many angels sorting out petitions written on voluminous paper sheets and scraps from people all over the world. Then we moved on down a long corridor until we reached the second section.

The angel then said to me, "This is the Packaging and Delivery Section. Here, the graces and blessings the people asked for are processed and delivered to the living persons who asked for them.

"I noticed again how busy it was there. There were many angels working hard at that station, since so many blessings had been requested and were being packaged for delivery to Earth.

Finally at the farthest end of the long corridor we stopped at the door of a very small station. To my great surprise, only one angel was seated there, idly doing nothing. "This is the Acknowledgment Section," my angel friend quietly admitted to me. He seemed embarrassed "How is it that? There's no work going on here?" I asked.

"So sad," the angel sighed. "After people received the blessings that they asked for, very few send back acknowledgments.

"How does one acknowledge God's blessings?" I asked.

"Simple," the angel answered. "Just say, "Thank you, God."

"What blessings should they acknowledge?" I asked.

"If you have food in the refrigerator, clothes on your back, a roof overhead and a place to sleep you are richer than 75% of this world.

If you have money in the bank, in your wallet, and spare change in a dish, you are among the top 8% of the world's wealthy.

And if you get this on your own computer, you are part of the 1% in the world who has that opportunity.

Also .....

If you woke up this morning with more health than illness .... you are more blessed than the many who will not even survive this day.

Vroom... vroom...

attempt to write a post now.. though my head is like throbbing reallie badly... argh~~ dun mind me if my sentences dun make sense..

Just wanna share that I CONQUERED WOODLANDS YESTERDAY!! haha.. not reallie conquer lah.. but i drove from Jurong to Woodlands.. Major accomplishment for me.. haha.. was actually super shagged after work already.. reached home at 6.45?? then my dad say want to go woodlands to my ah-ma hse...

O.O

ai yo... so tired liao... BUT i cannt trust my dad to drive there leh..
Not when the floor is slippery..
Not when he's like kinda slow now..
Not when it's at night and he cannt see very well..

No choice gtg loh~ But i had a great time!! Happy that i drove anyway.. Feels great to be on the road... i enjoy driving!! As usual my mom is the navigator of the day... Arrived woodlands in one piece..

Then... *orh... oh... * it's a MULTISTOREY CARPARK!! ... *dun luff*
Lolz.. i just have like a phobia of parking.. and even worse in a MSCP... everything's went quite well lah.. weekday night.. not much cars.. noone horn at me though i'm v slow with parking.. haha.. in.. out.. in.. out... D.. R... D.. R... haha~ i dun mind hitting my own car.. just that i fear hitting other people's ride...

All in all.. an AWESOME... tired... time~

YES PEOPLE! I BOUGHT MY CAR!! WOO HOO~~

totally cannt believe it... didnt expect to book it today!! Initially plan was to just go and take a look at the fit.. but but... the car was just GORGEOUS!! and the fit on display was my FAVE colour... PURPLE!!!

WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE???

- It's purple!!
- It's fuel consumption is low.
- It's a hatchback.
- It's PURPLE!!
- Looks cute for a ger like me..
- My family all likes the design of it..

Then went to the warehse... and at the first look of the car.. i thot i was black.. till my mom pointed out that it was purple... heehee~ Love the way the seats fold here and there... am already thinking how i can bring my future poochie ard in this ride... ^^ Finally booked it under the egging by my bro...

Just did up my DIY driving shoes!! Aint it darn pretty!! haha.. super budgeted project..

haha.. a shoe costing 7.50 and a burnt finger... haha.. super careless.. i burnt myself with the glue gun.. =P But am loving my shoes that i made especially for driving... just prefect.. it holds onto my feet and it has a soft sole... ^^

Just got a call from my bro~ haha.. He said that my car plate number is out liao.. is SGMXXXX (something something.. dunno wad..) haha... yeah... SGM.. i like the 'M' in it.. like the car's meant for me... M = Michelle!!

My bro is also helping me rush my SE a bit... hopefully i can get it by this friday??? ^^

Oh.. and yesterday i met my FitJazzClub people for the first time.. haha.. Felix came to pick me up.. haha.. Nice car body sticker... didnt take a good look at it cos it was rather late... the meeting was at the farmmart.. haha.. ulu.. ulu place.. There were abt like hmm.. 15+ people there all in all? all seems v nice and friendly.. =D Glad to have made new frenz here and there... Tada!!! No words can express my feelings now... hee~

This is the actual colour of the car.. more purple under the sun... but it looks like a GORGEOUS purple also.. haha.. i LOVE the colour of it!! ^^

Here's taken on day 2... Daybreak.. was afraid that she'll be lonely so i observed from my window... haha.. then i went down to sayang her.. and took her 2-day-old photo.. wahaha~ i'm crazy liao.. ^^ Below.. the car panel... COOL shade of orange.. heehee~~Initially was kinda afraid to start driving from the warehse.. so luckily my bro was there... Did a up-down-left-right stare at my ride... IT'S GORGEOUS!!! lovely shade of purple!!! ^^ bummer that my seats havent been changed to leather ones yet.. have to make my way down some time again.. but!! just contended to start driving my ride already~~

My bro gave some driving lesson for me.. haha.. nvr droven an auto before.. and it's darn EASY!!! gosh!! just go.. brake.. go.. brake.. haha..

Of course my bro was beside me the entire time... just reassuring to know he's there... The initial plan was for me to drive home from Sengkang to Jurong...

But it was raining... road slippery... so i managed to back-down on that plan.. My bro drove us back... whilst harping on the FC of my baby.. haha.. "see! very good FC.. only XXkm/l... mine's XXkm/l" haha.. of course lah.. yours is altis.. mine's fit leh~ hee~..

Anyway.. upon reaching home... we managed to get my 2nd bro down.. haha.. he wanna to see the ride also mah... and i did a little tour ard jurong.. haha.. la~la~la~ Then i drove my eldest bro to the MRT.. he took an MRT back to sengkang.. =X So sweet of him to offer to drive us back to jurong and tk the MRT back.. Appreciate it..

Think my parking sucks... BECAUSE... it was in the night.. i cannt see properly leh.. haha.. my driving lessons all in BRIGHT daylight de... and their lots are leveled... my home parking like slanted de leh... haha.. *ya.. i know... excuses.. excuses.. excuses.. haha.. but... reallie mah.. haha.. must practise.. practise.. practise!!*

p.s i just adore the rear wiper! It's like a doggie's tail wagging.. KAWAII!!

Just back from IMM... and YES!! i drove again.. haha... was so praying to God that He would provide a parking lot in the ground floor as i was afraid to conquer the multi-storey carpark.. *HORRORS* haha.. and praise God that i managed to find one... yeah~~~

But i didnt get it cos they didnt have it in the colour i wanted... btw.. it's like super ex?? like 34 bucks IIRC... 34 bucks for a toilet roll holder... worth it?? haha..but it's darn cute leh... haha.. spotted it at the Specialist Centre in orchard... Lvl 1 where they sell chocolates and other cutesy stuff... But at least i got the brand of it... SHIBUYA... Did a quick search on yahoo.. and... TA-DA... found the webbie.. and some of their location as well... in Bugis junction.. Junction 8... Yipee!! So excited liao.. haha...

EXCERPTS FROM A CAT'S DAILY DIARY

Day 183 of My Captivity:
My captors continue to taunt me with bizarre little dangling objects. They dine lavishly on fresh meat, while I am forced to eat dry cereal. The only thing that keeps me going is the hope of escape, and the mild satisfaction I get from ruining the occasional piece of furniture. Tomorrow I may eat another house plant.

Today my attempt to kill my captors by weaving around their feet while they were walking almost succeeded; must try this at the top of the stairs. In an attempt to disgust and repulse these vile oppressors, I once again induced myself to vomit on their favorite chair, must try this on their bed. Decapitated a mouse and brought them the headless body, in an attempt to make them aware of what I am capable of, and to try to strike fear into their hearts. They only cooed and condescended about what a good little cat I was. Hmmm, not working according to plan.

There was some sort of gathering of their accomplices. I was placed in solitary confinement throughout the event. However, I could hear the noise and smell the food. More importantly, I overheard that my confinement was due to my power of "allergies." Must learn what this is and how to use it to my advantage.

I am convinced the other captives are flunkies and maybe snitches. The dog is routinely released and seems more than happy to return. He is obviously a half-wit. The bird, on the other hand, has got to be an informant, he speaks with them regularly. I am certain he reports my every move. Due to his current placement in the high metal room, his safety is assured. But I can wait, it is only a matter of time...

The faith of a child.. ..

Sally was only eight years old when she heard Mommy and Daddy talking about her little brother, Georgi. He was very sick and they had done everything they could afford to save his life. Only a very expensive surgery could help him now . . . and that was out of the financial question.

She heard Daddy say it with a whispered desperation,
"Only a miracle can save him now."

Sally went to her bedroom and pulled her piggy bank from its hiding place in the closet. She shook all the change out on the floor and counted it carefully. Three times. The total had to be exactly perfect. No chance here for mistakes. Tying the coins up in a cold-weather-kerchief, she slipped out of the apartment and made her way to the corner drug store.

She waited patiently for the pharmacist to give her attention . . but he was too busy talking to another man to be bothered by an eight-year-old. Sally twisted her feet to make a scuffing noise. She cleared her throat. No good. Finally she took a quarter from its hiding place and banged it on the glass counter. That did it!

"And what do you want?" the pharmacist asked in an annoyed tone of voice.

"Well, I want to talk to you about my brother," Sally answered back in the same annoyed tone. "He's sick . . . and I want to buy a miracle."

"I beg your pardon," said the pharmacist.

"My Daddy says only a miracle can save him now . . . so how much does a miracle cost?"

"We don't sell miracles here, little girl. I can't help you."

"Listen, I have the money to pay for it. Just tell me how much it costs."

The well-dressed man stooped down and asked, "What kind of a miracle does you brother need?"

"I don't know," Sally answered. A tear started down her cheek. "I just know he's really sick and Mommy says he needs an operation. But my folks can't pay for it . . . so I have my money."

"How much do you have?" asked the well-dressed man.

"A dollar and eleven cents," Sally answered proudly. "And it's all the money I have in the world."

"Well, what a coincidence," smiled the well-dressed man. A dollar and eleven cents . . . the exact price of a miracle to save a little brother.

He took her money in one hand and with the other hand he grasped her mitten and said "Take me to where you live. I want to see your brother and meet your parents."

That well-dressed man was Dr. Carlton Armstrong, renowned surgeon, specializing in solving Georgi's malady. The operation was completed without charge and it wasn't long until Georgi was home again and doing well. Mommy and Daddy were happily talking about the chain of events that had led them to this place.

"That surgery," Mommy whispered. "It's like a miracle. I wonder how much it would have cost?

Sally smiled to herself. She knew exactly how much a miracle cost... one dollar and eleven cents... plus the faith of a little child.

But stuff from US looks so much nicer than local stuff.. I can never buy nice stuff locally... Cos THEY ONLY FIT STICK THIN GIRLS!!! Seriously... Not everyone is stick-thin SUN YANZI, ya? Sometimes it's just demoralising shopping for clothes in Singapore.. Either stuff are TOO SMALL... or they are TOO EX...(40 bucks for a top?? SIAO!!) or they looks so CHEAPO...

Just cut, dyed and highlighted my hair yesterday!!

It's sort of like a school-girl style.. Chin-length bob... bangs... with highlights... haha.. More like chocolate brown base with mild gold-ish streaks.. I look young again!! infact.. i think i look v young with this cut.. haha.. and i think i look thinner with short hair... weird... i dunno y also..

This is almost like my primary-school hair cut!! Those that seen my IC photo... yes.. that's wad i look like haha... except older features... >.< bold movement on my style..

Gonna meet sab later.. see what she says.. haha..

Couple of people asked y i cut my hair... haha.. something major happened?? Well.. something major IS going to happen... But no.. it's no related to my haircut.. haha... i just wanna a change in style.. be a little more adventerous.. thus the cut..

Went to sabby's place for her Hari Raya dine last sat.. haha.. i was supposed to be the leader to bring my frenz to her place... BUT!! haha.. nt exactly the best person to lead them cos i sort of cant remember which staircase to climb or which floor she's on... haha.. *short term memory* but i still managed to reach there.. hahaha... it was so crowded!! Had yummy food and took several pics.. haha.. too lazy to load the pics... so... patience ok people.. haha... soon soon...

Watched Deathnote last week.. the movie pretty cool!! Got you guessing and trying to figure out the plot the entire time.. But I'M smart so i could understand.. heehee~ My fren a bit gong-gong.. haha.. but nvm.. hee~ interesting plot... now i cant wait till part deux is out!! Guild meeting anyone?? heehee~

Gonna start watching the anime version of it soon~ Mayb today.. hee~ I'm such a slave to all medias..

Currently.. i'm also like super HOOKED on 'Princess hours'.. aka Goong.. the Korea drama that's showing on Channel U.. hee~ me and my mom chiong to watch this show everynight... haha.. my mummy... another drama addict.. But i'm such a sucky for this kind of 'cinderella' shows.. heehee~ like fairytale sort of shows...

Caught ANTM yesterday too!! haha.. i just love to watch this show.. about their bitching and stuff.. It's a reallie cool show!! ALL GERS should watch this... hee~ Just have a good luff over the weird stuff they do.. like wad furonda did last night with the posing... i have totally no clue what she's thinking.. haha.. Love their take with the elephants!! pretty pictures they had.. I support JOANIE!! cos she's such a sweetie!! Danielle's fab as well!! Sabby sort of told me who the winner was already.. *STUPID SPOILER GER* However, thanks for my SHORT-TERM memory.. i couldnt remember!! Gosh~~ I think i'm having dementia as such a young age!!!
