I'm back!!! hahaha.. not that i've been gone long anywhere also.. haha... noone felt my absence, right? sad sad.. haha.. i seriously just wanted to disappear for the getaway.. but my brilliant eldest bro brought along his lappy to the hotel.. so i managed to surf and chit chat with everyone.. like i've nvr been gone anyway.. haha..
well.. well... i went to the MARRIOTT hotel for a 2 night stay.. haha.. with with... no.. nt with any guy... not in hotel 81... *duh..* with my family.. hotel getaway in beautiful.. magnificient.. Singapore... hahaha.. Didnt have time to plan for any family overseas trip so we ended up in a local hotel stay.. It is pretty much a v lovely place.. right smack in the middle of orchard road.. where shopping pretty much dominated the entire of my daylight time there... haha.. and where my bank acc went *poof* as well... grr... I had most or less finished up my xmas shopping!! And after reaching back to the hotel and reviewing my loots, i realised i didnt reallie get any stuff for myself!! *sob* all i got was like xmas gifts... and i've already spent a HUGE portion of my bonus!! Shucks!!

I went on a shopping spree with sabby and bought myself a LOVELY red pony jacket which was on 50% off!! haha... MUST BUY!! and it has my fave number 7 on it!! also a havanians blackie LOVELY sandals that i have been wanting for SO SO SO long...
Total damage abt 100 bucks~~ *oops* =x

Moving on... the hotel room was pretty... with a HUGE king sized bed!! and of course... a bathroom with a bathtub!! hehe.. i spent my 2 nights there just soaking myself in a hot tub, sprinkled with white tea bath salts... feeling nice and relaxed.. just feels great resting in the tub.. hehe~

Did you guys hear abt the fire incident at Tangs on the Sunday Night?? haha.. i witness the entire incident.. there were like 3 fire engines, 2 police cars and an ambulance at the spot.. saw a little smoke only.. not so sure wad the big woo-ha was about... pey even called me in concern.. hehe~ Thanks ya.. i'm fine.. no worries..

We had yummy Crystal Jade food for lunchie!! haha.. i love their Xiao Long Bao!! Very juicy.. and taste DELICIOUS with ginger slices and vinegar.. haha.. i'm one of the weirdo who just love black vinegar.. Had the La Mian there also.. quite nice.. but the gravy wasnt fantastic.. mine's the hot and spicy one..

At night.. we were introduced to this "FAMOUS" claypot chicken rice.. by our food conneiseur.. my 2nd bro.. haha.. it was located at the Clementi area.. the minimum waiting time for the food to arrive was ~40-90mins!! it was even printed on its signboard!! haha.. just wait till i try the food.. My bro said luckily it was raining cats and dogs.. thus we only waited 30 mins.. if not.. it might take at least 1 hr..
Well.. the food came.. we had to add the black sauce and the oil ourselves.. so we could decide how dark or sweet we wanted the claypot to be... pretty unique.. It was pretty good! but they didnt have mushrooms in them!! *pouts* the rice was nice and the chicken parts were tender.. Not bad.. i think they added salted egg in the claypot.. making it very tasty.. After dine.. my eldest bro sent us home.. and he himself headed to his home.. After which.. me, my 2nd bro and my parents headed for bowling!! At night!! haha.. how rare it is.. for us to head out so late at night.. So we drove to 'The Chervons" cathy bowling.. the last time we played was during my 21st bday.. 1 yr ago.. in the same place!! haha.. Fun fun fun!! So nice that the whole family gets to hang out and just have fun together.. at times we are just too caught up with our own stuff.. so it's just nice to hang out and luff at each other.. *mostly at my mom* cos she's doesnt know how to bowl... so just anyhow bowl like me actually.. wahaha~~ =x

We finished playing at about 12++.. then i drove us back to the hotel... it was still raining cats and dogs!! T.T i HATE driving in the rain... so scary.. n being at pitch-dark doesnt help either.. The few days that i drove to and fro from hotel.. it was pouring darn heavily!!! argh~~ and i cannt back out of driving cos we MUST go to and fro from the hotel.. Couple of times when frenz ask me out when it's raining.. can still back out.. haha.. say scared then dun go.. but... these times cannt.. so i try to drive as carefully as i can.. There was once when this van drove so fast beside me then the entire load of water splashed on my wind screen!! and i couldnt see for the moment.. Darn.. stupid van.. drive so fast for wad?!?! grr... scary...
Anyway.. Thank God that we are in one piece when we reached home at the end of the getaway... rain rain rain... Brrr....
