Finally... the day has arrived.. i was sent to learn in the PROCESSING Rm aka the grossest rm... Thank God that 'Quik' was there to teach me.. he's a gd teacher.. hee hee..

anyway.. if u think the smell of formalin is horrible... u shld smell... DECOMPOSED MEAT~~~ Eeewww.... the whole lab stunk of that todae!! dunno wat it smells like?? i tell u.. it smells like vomit... fresh vomit... (i think i'm goin to be really morbid after stayin in the lab for long...) i tink i'm gonna die young if i cont'd to stay in this lab... formalin is carcinogenic.. cancer-causing... xylene to fix the specimens also carcinogenic.. ~~~ i shld rename this lab to a DIE-Young- lab.. .. U tink this is the grossest part of my day..?? NO NO NO~~

My first assignment of the day: assist the pathologist (dr.) when he's scribing.. and he was cuttin up this piece of breast... A whole breast cut off... Yucky... tink the patient has cancer in the breast... he began cuttin it up and finding the lymph nodes.. then.. the fluid inside.. SQUIRT OUT!!! it splashed all the way into his scrubs (the green thingy he was wearing) and luckily i was "siam-ing" away fr him.. so the fluid didnt splash on me.. mayb my lab-coat got hit?? watever~~ the super gross day... ... felt so dirty after this... i juz wanna run out of the room...

After a hard day's work i went for spa~~~ hee hee.. it's a free facial fr the s*btle senses... i actually won a contest in the women's weekly(??) which i dun remember joining??!?? super weird.. i dun read women's weekly leh... pretty sure i didnt join that contest.. the whole experience was pretty good... had a full facial and massage as well.. even had this honeydew massage cream.. very nice scent!! relaxing~~~
